1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide. Select your destination country on the shopping cart page at checkout. Please note we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Please refer to the table below – under “SHIPPING METHODS AND COST” - for specific information on the shipping methods available for your country, transit times and shipping rates.

We will contact the user with a follow-up email if the shoes selected are not available at the time of order processing. If we are unable to complete your order, the user will be notified via email within 5 business days and receive a full refund.

 

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

We try to offer the best shipping rates available to us. As we grow, we will be able to negotiate with our logistics partners and offer better rates in the future.

Our shipping fees include both shipping and handling. All orders ship from our logistics center in Porto, Portugal.

Transit times do not include order processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed by our logistics department.

 3. DUTIES & TAXES

If the user is ordering within the European Union import duties will not be applicable. For customers outside the European Union import duty is not included in the prices seen online. The costumer may have to pay import duties upon receipt of the order or at a later date depending on customs authority.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

All the shipping methods we offer are trackable. The user will receive an e-mail with the tracking information when the order is shipped.
